Football Manager'Im Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Football Manager'Im mobile applications, game services and related websites. Please read them before creating an account or publishing a name or other content.
Acceptance and account
By creating an account, signing in or selecting “Accept and continue”, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Game service and independence
Football Manager'Im is an independent fictional football management game. Unless explicitly stated, it is not sponsored, endorsed by, affiliated with or licensed by any real club, league, federation, player, stadium or brand.
Names, logos and intellectual property
You may not use team names, stadium names, usernames, logos, colors or combinations that infringe third-party trademarks, trade names, copyright or other rights, create a misleading association, impersonate a real organization, or are abusive, hateful, sexual, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. Geographic words are not automatically prohibited, but a protected combination may be restricted.
Automated checks and moderation
Submitted team and stadium names may be normalized and checked against an exact blacklist and an impersonation-risk score based on names, stadium, colors and logo components. A safe result may be applied automatically. Flagged results remain invisible until approved. Prohibited results may be rejected immediately. We may remove, replace or restore content without prior notice when necessary to protect users, rights holders or the service.
GEM and pending changes
A GEM charge is completed only when an eligible name change is applied or approved. A rejected pending change is not charged. If a moderation action reverses an already charged change, any refund is determined and recorded by the moderation decision shown in the service.
Community conduct and reports
Do not harass, threaten, deceive, spam or abuse other users or the reporting system. You can report objectionable usernames, team names and public content in the app. We may prioritize repeated reports, investigate context and restrict accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.
Purchases, subscriptions and ads
In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. GEM packs are consumable. Tip Jar purchases provide no gameplay advantage. Ad-free subscriptions remove banner and interstitial ads while optional rewarded ads remain available when you choose to receive a reward. Store refund and subscription rules also apply.
Availability and changes
The service may change, pause or end features for maintenance, security, legal or gameplay reasons. Virtual items have no cash value outside the service. We may update these Terms and will present a new version for acceptance when a material change requires it.
Suspension, deletion and retention
We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten service integrity. You may request account deletion through the public deletion page. Purchase, fraud-prevention, financial and legally required records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer and contact
The game is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Questions, rights-holder notices and appeals can be sent to support@footballmanagerim.xyz.
